The helpful and kind staff went above and beyond, even assisting me in finding a lost barrette with genuine care and attention to detail. The warmth in the rooms was exceptional, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere amidst the beautiful surroundings. The small kitchen areas on several floors allowed for personalized drinks and snacks, adding a delightful touch to the stay.
